From the admin mode dashboard, you will find a tasks box. The first tab is for all outstanding "User Tasks." The "Admin Tasks" tab lists all submitted certifications and reports that need to be verified by an admin. 5, 10, or all tasks can be seen by using the "Show:" drop-down. The admin tasks can be exported by choosing the blue "Export" button.
Tasks with the red caution icon have answers that have been flagged in the questionnaire. To learn more about flagged questions, click here. Tasks with the yellow caution icon were submitted after the due date.
There is a "Search" text box where you can search for specific submissions by task name or user name. For example, if you want to look at the quarterly transactions reports that have been submitted, start typing "Quarterly" and all submissions with that key word will be listed. Tasks can also be filtered by specific user groups by using the "All Groups" drop-down.
To view a task, click on the name of the task. This will open the task in a new tab for you to view.
The contents of the employee's certification or report will be displayed. At the top of the page, there is the option to "Export" the submission. The submission can be exported as Excel or PDF. At the bottom of the page, there is the option to add notes or supporting files, Reopen Submission, Skip, and Verify and Next.
Choosing "Verify and Next" will verify that the submission has been removed and open the next task on the list. Once a task is verified, it will be removed from "Admin Tasks." Choosing "Reopen Submission" will reopen the task for the user to complete and will show up under the User Tasks tab. All previously answered questions will be saved for the user to update and resubmit.
Notes added can either be private or public by choosing "Visible to employee." It is off by default and cannot be seen by the employee unless the box is checked. Notification emails can also be sent to the user when a note is added by checking "Send Email to User"
