Admin users can modify the notifications that are sent to both users and admins by navigating to "Settings" on the admin dashboard.
The first "Notifications" tab contains user notifications.
To notify users when they're assigned to a certification, switch the toggle on. Otherwise, the default setting will be off.
Users can be sent reminder emails detailing their outstanding tasks. To modify the frequency of the reminder emails sent to users regarding outstanding tasks, chose the day(s) of the week that the reminder needs to be sent. Multiple days can be chosen.
Users can be sent emails to notify them of changes to the restricted and watch lists by switching the respective toggle on or off. These updates will be sent in a digest email.
Emails can be sent to notify users of any new policies that are added by switching the toggle on. It is set to off by default.
Updates to approval requests can be emailed to users. This setting is off by default and can be turned on by toggling to the right.
All admins can be notified when an approval request is submitted for an employee by an admin. This setting is off by default and can be turned on by toggling to the right.
All admins can be notified when a user marks an account as third party managed.
Any request updates and request creations can be CC'd to any other personnel other than the admins by adding their emails in the respective text boxes.
The second "Member" tab of the settings contains your specific admin notification settings. These settings can be different for each admin.
As an admin, you can be notified when a user adds a brokerage account. This setting is off by default and can be turned on by toggling to the right.
You will receive an email like the below containing user name, account name, and brokerage.
Admins can receive a daily digest of employee brokerage accounts that have a been disconnected. This setting is off by default and can be turned on by toggling to the right.
Admins can receive reminder emails detailing which user tasks are still outstanding by choosing the day(s) of the week that they would like to receive this notification. Multiple days can be chosen.
Notification emails can be sent when users submit new requests. By default, no request types are chosen. You can turn on all or certain request type notifications by checking the box associated with each request type.
Admins can also receive reminders of pending approval requests that need reviewed by checking "Receive Pending Approval Request Notifications." These reminder emails are sent out every Monday when turned on.
Once settings are updated, click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page. There is also a "Reset" button at the bottom of the page which resets all settings to their default setting.
