After submitting a request, the Admin user(s) will receive notification of your submission and will approve, deny, or leave a comment on the request. You will receive an email regarding the status of your request and do not need to log into gVue to see the status.
To search or export any previously submitted requests, click the "Requests" link from the main menu on the left.
You can filter the requests by type, status, or date range.
Select "View" next to a specific request to view details, edit a pending request, add a supporting file, or add a note.
You can only edit details of pending requests by clicking "Edit Request" in the top left-hand corner of the screen.
Update relevant details then choose "Update" to save changes.
To upload a file to a request, click the "Add File+" link.
To leave a note on the request, enter your comments and select "Add Note". Please note that admins can view notes that are added.
Notes can be edited or deleted after they have been added. Click the pencil icon to edit the note. Click the red trash icon to delete the note.
A specific admin user can be tagged in your note by inserting "@" followed by their name. The admin user will receive a notification that you tagged them in a note.
