You can submit various approval requests via gVue.
From the Dashboard, expand the + icon next to "Submit Request". Choose the type of request to submit.
Complete all of the required fields, add any supporting files, and select "Submit".
Upon submission, the Admin user(s) will receive notification of your submission and will approve, deny, or leave a comment on the request. You will receive an email regarding the updated status of your request and do not need to log into gVue to see the status.
After submitting the request, you can edit details by navigating to the "Requests" widget. You can filter submitted requests by type, status, and/or date range.
Click "View" next to the request that needs edited.
Select "Edit Request" to update any details.
Notes can also be added by entering your text and clicking Add Note. Any notes added can be edited or deleted after they have been added. An admin user can be tagged in a note by entering "@" followed by their name. The admin user will receive a separate email notifying them that they have been tagged in a note.
You can also submit a new requests under the "Requests" widget on the dashboard. On the "Manage Requests" page choose the "Create Request" icon.
Select the request type, fill in required details, upload any supporting files, and click "Submit." Admin user(s) will receive the notification for this newly submitted request and it will now show up in your pending requests.
